"I have been attending Steve's class for a few years now, I find that he is an excellent instructor and very good at explaining how various movements help with different parts of the body.
I had a kidney transplant in 2002 and find that the specific exercises both taught in person and online have helped me enormously with physical health and improving kidney filtration.
Several years ago I was informed byvmy consultant that as the filtration rate of my kidney was on a downward decline that I was on course to renew dialysis once more, but with Steve and his exercises I have managed to keep stable with a GFR at around 39-45. This also improves my mental health and the renewed energy I feel daily."
